I had a circuitous conversation today with a co-worker. It began with a work issue, segued into how things used to be at our gig, and finally landed at how things are now. In between each category, there were detours. Remembrances of people no longer working there, several of whom one of us had no recollection. That could mean they’d not annoyed us at some point, or the more likely, they weren’t employed there for all that long. A thing like that is understandable, no matter what your line of work.

Once we arrived at how things are now, with various processes that are generally new to everyone and seem to only be known by initials, the phrase ‘Hand of Fate’ was uttered, which opened the door to the Stones song “Hand of Fate,” and then a broader discussion on how many Rolling Stones songs there are with 3-word titles.

Since I don’t have any main topic to blog about today, and I don’t want to elaborate on the work thing, Today’s Playlist is a SomethingIsHappening compendium, in chronological order, of the best Rolling Stones 3-word title songs. I did my best to focus on non-hits, but I just had to include some of the biggies. What would you have added?
